Tenebrarum is a Colombian band from Medellín, formed in 1990. Originally rooted in death metal, the group gradually expanded its musical scope by incorporating elements of gothic metal, doom metal, darkwave, and neoclassical music. Known for its use of female vocals, keyboard arrangements, and dark atmospheric soundscapes, Tenebrarum became one of the most distinctive and influential acts in the Latin American metal scene. Among the band's best-known releases are El Vuelo de las Almas (1994), Blood & Tears (1995), Divine War (1997), Voices (2001), Winter (2007), Las Once Formas del Horror (2018).
