The first CD was released as a collector's edition in digipak, limited to 999 copies.

The band RUR was formed by the sole member C.L. at the end of 2017. The main sources of musical inspiration are the dreamy landscapes of Paysage d'Hiver, the epic battle songs of Caladan Brood, the explosive fury of Forteresse, the cosmic darkness of Mare Cognitum and, of course, old masters such as Dissection, Burzum and Emperor. Overall, RUR can be described as powerful, voluminous, and panoramic black metal that sounds like a fusion of Nasheim, Paysage d'Hiver, Ethereal Shroud, Mare Cognitum, and Caladan Brood.
