Dub Buk was a Ukrainian black metal band from Kharkiv, formed in 1997. The band belonged to the early wave of the Kharkiv black metal scene and was known for its melodic and symphonic sound with pagan metal elements. In their early period, Dub Buk had a rawer and more traditional black metal sound, while later releases introduced epic keyboard arrangements and thrash metal influences. The band's first demo, «Місяць помсти», was released in 1998. Among Dub Buk's best-known releases are «Іду на ви!», «Русь понад усе!», «Мертві сорому не ймуть!» and «Цвях». The band ceased to exist after their final performance at the Повстанець festival in 2015.
